Qu\u2019elle constitue un projet de recherche ou un projet de recherche-cr\u00e9ation, une th\u00e8se s\u2019articule toujours autour de l\u2019\u00e9nonc\u00e9 d\u2019une probl\u00e9matique qui s\u2019exprime sous la forme d\u2019un questionnement novateur. \u00ab Avoir une th\u00e8se \u00bb, c\u2019est aussi, de ce point de vue, soutenir une argumentation. Pour cela, il est indispensable de savoir situer son propos. Depuis quelle place \u2013 esth\u00e9tique, politique, sociale, anthropologique \u2013 puis-je prendre la parole, construire une hypoth\u00e8se, faire porter mon propos ? Si le champ des \u00e9tudes visuelles se nourrit largement des approches d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es en sciences humaines et sociales, il a su \u00e9galement forger ses propres outils m\u00e9thodologiques indispensables \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9gration des images, fixes et en mouvement, aux corpus d\u00e9j\u00e0 constitu\u00e9s. Ce s\u00e9minaire a pour vocation de pr\u00e9senter un \u00e9tat des lieux des courants th\u00e9oriques au sein desquels la recherche aujourd\u2019hui se pratique. Chaque s\u00e9ance sera consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sentation d\u2019une approche, mais r\u00e9servera un temps de discussion et de pr\u00e9sentation aux travaux des doctorants, l\u2019enjeu \u00e9tant d\u2019accompagner chacun dans l\u2019\u00e9laboration et l\u2019\u00e9nonc\u00e9 de \u00ab sa \u00bb propre th\u00e8se.<\/p>\n
