Summary

Understanding the institutional framework, key players, and recruitment pathways in the sector is therefore essential for building a realistic career plan and a strong application. This training provides a comprehensive overview of the research ecosystem in France from its organization to funding mechanisms while supporting participants in developing a personalized strategy to access research careers.

The main objectives of this training are to enable participants to:
