Preparing your international mobility

Summary

Going abroad to work after completing a PhD is a path frequently chosen by early-career researchers. To succeed, they must adapt their international job search to their goals and to local practices. Intercultural competence is essential in today’s global job market, where linguistic and cultural barriers can create significant challenges.

This training encourages PhD candidates to think through the development of their international mobility plan while providing them with the information and skills necessary to act appropriately and effectively in diverse cultural contexts.
