Bridging Humanities and Medicine for Sustainable Societal Impact
Are you interested in the links between medicine, the humanities and society? This course invites you to bring these perspectives together to better understand contemporary issues such as climate change, health inequalities and the impact of artificial intelligence. The course is open to all undergraduate students and will be delivered fully online on September 30 and October 23 or October 1 & 24.

Behavioural Science and Public Policy
This programme focuses on how behavioural sciences influence public policy. Open to Master’s students, it will be delivered in a hybrid format: online on 14, 20, 21 October; 3, 4, 10, 11, 17, 18 November; 2, 9 December and in person in Louvain-la-Neuve from 26–30 January 2026.

Climate justice
This course provides an introduction to the ethical and political challenges of global climate change. Open to undergraduate students, it will be delivered online from 17–21 November 2025.

Entrepreneurial Change-making
Do you want to lead a meaningful project? To collaborate with young people across Europe to transform practices? Then the Entrepreneurial Change-making programme is for you!
– Open to Master’s and PhD students.
– Delivered online from 10 November, and in person in Louvain-la-Neuve (Belgium) from 8–12 December 2025.

Politics of Sustainability in Public Health
This hybrid programme will allow participants to examine and explain the terminology used in discourses on sustainability. Concepts such as development, empowerment or resilience can both foster global solidarity and call for greater self-management. Participants will be encouraged to critically reflect on how these often differently interpreted or even contradictory notions shape our approaches to the relationship between policy, sustainability and public health.

Political Sociology
This course introduces contemporary political sociology, exploring the interactions between individuals, institutions and socio-political dynamics.

Environment, Climate, Sustainability: From Knowledge to Action
The scientific foundations of the climate crisis, biodiversity loss and environmental pollution are well established, as are many possible solutions. The real challenge today lies in translating this knowledge into concrete action. This is precisely the aim of this course series.
– Open to final-year undergraduate and Master’s students.
– Delivered online in German from 8 October 2025 to 28 January 2026.
