  1. Faites valider vos missions de stage et vos comp\u00e9tences vis\u00e9es par mail \u00e0 votre enseignant r\u00e9f\u00e9rent\u00a0<\/a> (responsable de l’ann\u00e9e ou du parcours ou votre directeur de m\u00e9moire en master)<\/li>\n
  2. R\u00e9unissez le reste des informations dont vous aurez besoin : Fiche aide saisie convention<\/a><\/li>\n
  3. Saisissez votre convention de stage sur ESUP Stage\u00a0<\/a>\u00a0<\/li>\n
  4. Imprimez votre convention (PDF ou papier) et la faire signer dans l\u2019ordre, par\u00a0: A. vous, B. votre tuteur professionnel, C. le repr\u00e9sentant l\u00e9gal de l\u2019organisme d\u2019accueil, D. votre enseignant r\u00e9f\u00e9rent

  5. Une fois ces signatures r\u00e9unies, vous pouvez renvoyer la convention sign\u00e9e \u00e0 votre gestionnaire p\u00e9dagogique<\/a>. Il ou elle vous renverra la convention sign\u00e9e par toutes les parties. Vous pourrez alors commencer votre stage.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Anticipez vos d\u00e9marches :<\/strong> pr\u00e9voyez un d\u00e9lai suffisant pour obtenir l\u2019ensemble des signatures. Une fois la convention transmise \u00e0 la scolarit\u00e9, comptez un d\u00e9lai minimum de 72 heures pour la signature par la direction de l\u2019UFR. Nous vous conseillons donc de ne pas attendre le dernier moment pour effectuer vos d\u00e9marches.<\/p>\n

    Pour rappel, le stage ne doit pas d\u00e9buter sans une convention de stage sign\u00e9e par toutes les parties (= valid\u00e9e administrativement).<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Pourquoi un avenant\u00a0? <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

    Si vous devez modifier votre convention d\u00e9j\u00e0 sign\u00e9e par toutes les parties et avant la date de fin de votre stage, il faut faire un avenant.<\/p>\n

    Ce dernier peut intervenir pour des motifs qui peuvent \u00eatre : modification des dates de stage (prolongation, rectification), modification de tuteur ou d\u2019enseignant r\u00e9f\u00e9rent, modification des missions, interruption du stage, entre autres. Attention l\u2019avenant ne prend effet qu\u2019apr\u00e8s signature de celui-ci par toutes les parties.<\/p>\n

    Attention, si le stage est d\u00e9j\u00e0 termin\u00e9, il ne faudra pas faire un avenant mais une nouvelle convention de stage.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

    Comment faire son avenant\u00a0? <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

    Votre avenant doit \u00eatre saisi sur ESUP Stage<\/a><\/p>\n

    Une convention de stage doit \u00eatre sign\u00e9e par toutes les parties pour que le stage puisse commencer.<\/p>\n

    Dans l\u2019ordre, les signataires doivent \u00eatre\u00a0:<\/p>\n

    1. Vous, \u00e9tudiant<\/li>\n
    2. Le tuteur professionnel<\/li>\n
    3. Le repr\u00e9sentant l\u00e9gal de l\u2019organisme d\u2019accueil*<\/li>\n
    4. L\u2019enseignant r\u00e9f\u00e9rent<\/li>\n
    5. La direction de l\u2019UFR, ou la responsable de scolarit\u00e9<\/a> par d\u00e9l\u00e9gation (cette signature est obtenue apr\u00e8s envoi \u00e0 votre gestionnaire<\/a> de la convention sign\u00e9e par toutes les parties qui pr\u00e9c\u00e8dent)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      *Il doit y avoir deux signataires diff\u00e9rents au sein de votre organisme d’accueil (sauf pour les micro-entreprises), c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire que le tuteur professionnel et le repr\u00e9sentant l\u00e9gal doivent \u00eatre deux personnes diff\u00e9rentes.<\/p>\n

      Sujet de stage<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Le stage doit \u00eatre en lien avec votre formation. Les missions doivent \u00eatre valid\u00e9es par votre enseignant r\u00e9f\u00e9rent pour cette raison.
      La seule exception \u00e0 cette r\u00e8gle est le cas d\u2019un stage dans le cadre d\u2019une c\u00e9sure.<\/p>\n

      La dur\u00e9e du stage<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Le stage doit respecter le calendrier universitaire. C\u2019est-\u00e0-dire qu\u2019il doit commencer au plus t\u00f4t au 01\/09 de l\u2019ann\u00e9e en cours (sous r\u00e9serve d\u2019inscription administrative), et se terminer avant votre jury de fin d\u2019ann\u00e9e. En cas de stage long, la majorit\u00e9 du stage doit avoir eu lieu avant le jury de fin d\u2019ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

      Un stage doit faire au maximum 924 heures<\/strong> par ann\u00e9e universitaire, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire 6 mois \u00e0 35 heures hebdomadaires.<\/p>\n

      Le volume horaire hebdomadaire est normalement de 35 heures par semaine. Cela peut aller jusqu\u2019\u00e0 38 heures hebdomadaires si la convention collective de l\u2019organisme le permet.<\/p>\n

      La gratification et avantages<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Pour tous les stages en France, tout stage sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 2 mois \u00e0 temps plein<\/strong> (\u00e0 partir de 309h) sont obligatoirement gratifi\u00e9s<\/strong>. Si la gratification est la somme minimale (4,50\u20ac\/heure ), ce n’est pas charg\u00e9 (= pas de charge pour l’employeur) donc il s’agira du montant net. Pour toutes les gratifications sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 ce montant, le diff\u00e9rentiel entre le minimum et le montant per\u00e7u sera impos\u00e9.<\/p>\n

      Pour tous les stages \u00e0 l’\u00e9tranger, la gratification n’est pas due, m\u00eame pour les stages sup\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 deux mois.<\/p>\n

      Concernant les avantages, les stagiaires ont acc\u00e8s aux m\u00eames avantages que les employ\u00e9s (cantine, tickets restaurants, remboursement navigo, etc.)<\/p>\n
