The Contact Centre is here to help. A team of permanent staff is on hand to answer users’ questions and direct them to the appropriate specialist services.

When you complete the contact form, you will automatically receive an acknowledgement of receipt with a reference number. We will reply as soon as possible.

Telephone helpline opening hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (9.30 am–12 noon).

In person

In-person visits from 5 January 2026:

The Contact Centre is located at Bâtiment Lamarck A – 39 rue Hélène Brion, 75013 Paris.
