Register for health and safety at work

This register allows you to report the following situations

• Any potential risk to your health or safety that you have observed or encountered;
• A minor accident or incident that you have witnessed or experienced;
• A malfunction or failure of a safety system or device;
• Any suggestions regarding the prevention of occupational risks and the improvement of working conditions.

Once you have submitted an entry to the register, the health and safety engineer will contact your line managers to find out what action has been taken, and each report will be discussed with staff representatives at meetings of the relevant F3SCT.
