Le 19 mars dernier a marqu\u00e9 une avanc\u00e9e significative pour la recherche en neurod\u00e9veloppement avec le lancement de l\u2019Institut Robert-Debr\u00e9 du Cerveau de l\u2019Enfant. En sa qualit\u00e9 d\u2019institut hospitalo-universitaire (IHU), il se consacre \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tude des troubles du neurod\u00e9veloppement. Ce projet est port\u00e9 par l\u2019AP-HP, l’Universit\u00e9 Paris Cit\u00e9, l\u2019Inserm, le CEA et l\u2019Institut Pasteur, avec la participation du CNRS.<\/p>\n

Les troubles du neurod\u00e9veloppement \u2013 autisme, d\u00e9ficience intellectuelle, troubles DYS (dyslexie, dyspraxie\u2026), trouble du d\u00e9ficit de l\u2019attention avec ou sans hyperactivit\u00e9 (TDAH) \u2013 concernent un enfant sur six en France. Pourtant, ces troubles restent largement sous-identifi\u00e9s, influen\u00e7ant d\u00e8s le plus jeune \u00e2ge la trajectoire d\u00e9veloppementale des enfants.<\/p>\n
Leur impact se fait ressentir sur leur bien-\u00eatre, leur scolarit\u00e9 et la vie de leur famille, avec des r\u00e9percussions \u00e0 long terme sur leur avenir. Les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s sociales et scolaires accentuent encore ces difficult\u00e9s. Face \u00e0 ces constats, l\u2019Institut Robert-Debr\u00e9 du Cerveau de l\u2019Enfant propose une approche novatrice pour repenser la pr\u00e9vention, la d\u00e9tection et l\u2019accompagnement des vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9s neurod\u00e9veloppementales d\u00e8s les premi\u00e8res ann\u00e9es de vie.<\/p>\n
L\u2019Institut Robert-Debr\u00e9 du Cerveau de l\u2019Enfant a \u00e9t\u00e9 officiellement inaugur\u00e9 le 19 mars 2025 lors d\u2019une c\u00e9r\u00e9monie \u00e0 l\u2019Institut Pasteur. Lanc\u00e9 dans le cadre du plan France 2030 et annonc\u00e9 en 2021 lors des Assises de la sant\u00e9 mentale, cet institut constitue une premi\u00e8re en France. Son objectif est de f\u00e9d\u00e9rer les efforts des chercheurs et des professionnels de sant\u00e9 pour mieux comprendre et traiter les troubles du neurod\u00e9veloppement, offrant ainsi de nouvelles perspectives aux enfants concern\u00e9s et \u00e0 leurs familles.<\/p>\n
