Le DU Famir\u00e9a, lanc\u00e9 dans le cadre du projet RHU FAME, vise \u00e0 mieux comprendre leur v\u00e9cu, am\u00e9liorer la communication soignants-proches et d\u00e9velopper des strat\u00e9gies d\u2019accompagnement, faire \u00e9voluer la culture des services et aborder des questions fondamentales telles que que l\u2019inclusion et la prise en charge de la diversit\u00e9. Le projet FAME \u2013 pour Improving FAMily members\u2019 Experience in the intensive care unit (ICU)<\/em> \u2013 est un projet ambitieux financ\u00e9 dans le cadre des RHU (Recherches Hospitalo-Universitaires). Ces programmes d\u2019excellence, soutenus par le plan d\u2019investissement d\u2019avenir et s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s par l\u2019Agence nationale de la recherche, visent \u00e0 promouvoir des avanc\u00e9es majeures en recherche clinique et translationnelle.<\/p>\n Coordonn\u00e9 par l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Paris Cit\u00e9 sur une dur\u00e9e de cinq ans, le projet RHU FAME r\u00e9unit un large consortium d\u2019acteurs acad\u00e9miques, hospitaliers et industriels. Son objectif principal est de pr\u00e9venir le trouble de stress post-traumatique (TSPT) chez les proches des patients en r\u00e9animation en adoptant une approche globale et innovante.<\/p>\n Parmi les actions cl\u00e9s du projet :<\/p>\n Avec cette approche multidimensionnelle, le projet RHU FAME ambitionne de transformer la prise en charge des familles en r\u00e9animation et de proposer des solutions innovantes pour limiter l\u2019impact psychologique de cette exp\u00e9rience.<\/p>\n Le groupe de recherche Famir\u00e9a est une \u00e9quipe pluridisciplinaire qui collabore en r\u00e9seau avec des h\u00f4pitaux, des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s savantes et des partenaires acad\u00e9miques, en France et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger. Son objectif : mieux comprendre et am\u00e9liorer la prise en charge des familles de patients en r\u00e9animation.<\/p>\n D\u00e8s ses d\u00e9buts, Famir\u00e9a s\u2019est attach\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00e9valuer les pratiques r\u00e9elles pour dresser un \u00e9tat des lieux objectif de l\u2019accompagnement des proches en r\u00e9animation. \u00c0 travers des \u00e9tudes approfondies, l\u2019\u00e9quipe a analys\u00e9 les exp\u00e9riences et les interactions des diff\u00e9rents acteurs impliqu\u00e9s \u2013 patients, familles, m\u00e9decins, infirmiers et autres professionnels du soin \u2013 afin d\u2019identifier les leviers d\u2019am\u00e9lioration et de proposer des solutions adapt\u00e9es aux besoins de chacun.<\/p>\n Cette expertise a conduit au d\u00e9veloppement du projet RHU FAME et \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation du Dipl\u00f4me Universitaire Famir\u00e9a, une formation innovante d\u00e9di\u00e9e aux soignants d\u00e9sireux d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir des comp\u00e9tences sp\u00e9cifiques en communication et en accompagnement des familles en r\u00e9animation.<\/p>\n Pour sa premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e, le Dipl\u00f4me Universitaire Famir\u00e9a d\u00e9marre sous les meilleurs auspices ! 17 professionnels de sant\u00e9, issus de diff\u00e9rentes disciplines \u2013 psychologues, m\u00e9decins, infirmiers \u2013 ont rejoint cette formation in\u00e9dite, t\u00e9moignant ainsi de l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat et du besoin grandissant pour une meilleure prise en charge des proches en r\u00e9animation.<\/p>\n L\u2019engouement autour de ce programme souligne l\u2019importance d\u2019outils concrets et adapt\u00e9s pour mieux accompagner les familles face aux situations complexes et \u00e9prouvantes qu\u2019elles traversent.
