Un cancer rare en qu\u00eate de solutions durables<\/h2>\n

Les lymphomes T cutan\u00e9s sont des cancers rares qui prennent naissance dans la peau, avec des formes allant de b\u00e9nignes \u00e0 agressives. Bien que la majorit\u00e9 des patients vivent avec des sympt\u00f4mes ma\u00eetris\u00e9s, environ 20 % voient leur maladie \u00e9voluer vers des stades avanc\u00e9s, r\u00e9sistants aux traitements actuels. Cette progression illustre la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de nouvelles approches pour surmonter les r\u00e9sistances aux immunoth\u00e9rapies et am\u00e9liorer la prise en charge sur le long terme.<\/p>\n

SPRINT : une strat\u00e9gie innovante au c\u0153ur de la recherche fran\u00e7aise<\/h2>\n

Coordonn\u00e9 par l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Paris Cit\u00e9 et financ\u00e9 par l\u2019ANR, le projet SPRINT (Synergie Pour Acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer l\u2019INnovation Th\u00e9rapeutique) explore une cible in\u00e9dite : le r\u00e9cepteur CCR8, pr\u00e9sent \u00e0 la surface des cellules tumorales et des lymphocytes T r\u00e9gulateurs. En neutralisant ces cellules qui prot\u00e8gent la tumeur, SPRINT entend renforcer l\u2019immunit\u00e9 antitumorale. Cette strat\u00e9gie ouvre la voie \u00e0 des essais cliniques innovants et pourrait b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier \u00e0 d\u2019autres cancers, marquant un tournant majeur dans la lutte contre les lymphomes T cutan\u00e9s avanc\u00e9s.<\/p>\n
