Dans un contexte mondial marqu\u00e9 par des d\u00e9fis environnementaux, sociaux et \u00e9conomiques croissants, les initiatives en faveur du d\u00e9veloppement durable et de la responsabilit\u00e9 soci\u00e9tale se multiplient. La Chaire UNESCO \u00ab Enseignement Sup\u00e9rieur pour le d\u00e9veloppement durable en Afrique \u00bb de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de la Manouba (UMA) lanc\u00e9e officiellement en novembre 2024, s\u2019inscrit dans cette dynamique en jouant un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans la promotion de la responsabilit\u00e9 soci\u00e9tale des organisations (RSO) en Afrique. Une collaboration pour un impact durable<\/h3>\n

Ce partenariat autour de la chaire UNESCO \u00ab\u00a0Enseignement Sup\u00e9rieur pour le d\u00e9veloppement durable en Afrique \u00bb, r\u00e9unit deux institutions acad\u00e9miques engag\u00e9es dans la transformation des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s par le savoir. La Graduate School Sustainability, Organisations and Institutions<\/em> avec son programme innovant ax\u00e9 sur la durabilit\u00e9 des organisations, des institutions et des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s, est une actrice incontournable dans le domaine de la formation des leadeuses et leaders responsables et du d\u00e9veloppement durable. L\u2019universit\u00e9 de la Manouba avec son projet strat\u00e9gique d\u2019appui \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 est, quant \u00e0 elle, pionni\u00e8re dans le domaine de la responsabilit\u00e9 soci\u00e9tale des universit\u00e9s en Tunisie et aligne plus de 10 ans d\u2019exp\u00e9rience d\u2019int\u00e9gration de la durabilit\u00e9 dans ses activit\u00e9s.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Ce partenariat permettra ainsi de conjuguer les efforts pour acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer l\u2019int\u00e9gration des principes de responsabilit\u00e9 soci\u00e9tale et de durabilit\u00e9 dans les syst\u00e8mes d\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur, tant en Afrique qu\u2019en Europe. Il permettra plus particuli\u00e8rement de mutualiser les expertises et de renforcer les actions communes pour atteindre les objectifs globaux trac\u00e9s par les Objectifs de D\u00e9veloppement Durable (ODD) de l\u2019Agenda 2030 des Nations Unies.<\/p>\n

Objectifs et axes du partenariat<\/h3>\n

Le partenariat entre la Chaire UNESCO de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de la Manouba et la Graduate School Sustainability, Organisations and Institutions<\/em> de l\u2019universit\u00e9 Paris Cit\u00e9 s\u2019articule autour de plusieurs axes strat\u00e9giques :<\/p>\n

  1. Renforcement des formations acad\u00e9miques : La Graduate School, sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans l’\u00e9tude des interactions entre organisations et durabilit\u00e9, \u0153uvrera pour enrichir les programmes d\u2019enseignement de la Chaire UNESCO. Des cours communs, ainsi que des \u00e9changes acad\u00e9miques Nord-Sud et Sud-Sud, seront organis\u00e9s pour permettre aux \u00e9tudiantes et \u00e9tudiants, et aux enseignantes et enseignants, de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019une approche pluridisciplinaire et interculturelle.<\/li>\n
  2. Co-cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une formation en ligne sur la RSO : En vue d\u2019\u00e9largir l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux connaissances sur la responsabilit\u00e9 soci\u00e9tale des organisations (RSO), un cours en ligne sera co-d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 par les deux institutions. Ce cours, accessible \u00e0 un public mondial, mettra l’accent sur les sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s des contextes africains et europ\u00e9ens en mati\u00e8re de durabilit\u00e9, tout en promouvant une approche globale et inclusive des enjeux RSO.<\/li>\n
  3. Recherche et innovation en mati\u00e8re de durabilit\u00e9 : Les chercheuses et chercheurs des deux institutions collaboreront sur des projets de recherche appliqu\u00e9e visant \u00e0 explorer les meilleures pratiques en mati\u00e8re de RSO et \u00e0 produire des connaissances innovantes dans ce domaine. Cette coop\u00e9ration favorisera la publication d\u2019articles scientifiques et l\u2019organisation de conf\u00e9rences internationales d\u00e9di\u00e9es \u00e0 la durabilit\u00e9 des organisations en Afrique et en Europe.<\/li>\n
  4. Cr\u00e9ation de r\u00e9seaux d\u2019excellence : Ce partenariat ambitionne \u00e9galement de cr\u00e9er un r\u00e9seau d\u2019\u00e9changes entre les universit\u00e9s africaines et europ\u00e9ennes, favorisant le partage d’exp\u00e9riences, de m\u00e9thodologies et d\u2019expertises en mati\u00e8re de gestion responsable.     Des initiatives concr\u00e8tes au service des \u00e9tudiantes et \u00e9tudiants, et de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9<\/h3>\n

    Au-del\u00e0 des \u00e9changes acad\u00e9miques et de la production de connaissances, ce partenariat aura un impact direct sur les \u00e9tudiantes et \u00e9tudiants des deux universit\u00e9s. En effet, des \u00e9v\u00e9nements tels que l\u2019Universit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9, r\u00e9unissant des \u00e9tudiantes et \u00e9tudiants africains et europ\u00e9ens autour des ODD prioritaires, seront organis\u00e9s chaque ann\u00e9e. De plus, la Chaire UNESCO participera activement aux journ\u00e9es \u00ab\u00a0\u00c9tudiant responsable\u00a0\u00bb de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de la Manouba, offrant ainsi aux \u00e9tudiantes et \u00e9tudiants une plateforme pour s’engager sur les questions de durabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

    Les clubs DD, cr\u00e9\u00e9s au sein de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de la Manouba inciteront \u00e9galement, avec le soutien de la Graduate School, Sustainability, Organisations and Institutions,<\/em> les \u00e9tudiantes et \u00e9tudiants \u00e0 s\u2019impliquer dans des initiatives concr\u00e8tes visant \u00e0 promouvoir les pratiques responsables dans leurs communaut\u00e9s. Ces clubs seront un lieu d\u2019exp\u00e9rimentation et d\u2019action, o\u00f9 ils et elles pourront d\u00e9velopper des projets autour de la durabilit\u00e9 environnementale, de l’inclusion sociale et de l\u2019\u00e9thique organisationnelle.<\/p>\n

    Un partenariat align\u00e9 sur les priorit\u00e9s de l\u2019UNESCO<\/h3>\n

    Ce partenariat s\u2019inscrit pleinement dans les priorit\u00e9s de l\u2019UNESCO en mati\u00e8re de promotion de l\u2019\u00e9ducation pour le d\u00e9veloppement durable et de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des genres. La Graduate School Sustainability, Organisations and Institutions<\/em>,<\/span> et la Chaire UNESCO de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de la Manouba mutualisent leurs comp\u00e9tences pour former une nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de leadeuses et leaders responsables, tout en contribuant \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation des objectifs de d\u00e9veloppement durable en Afrique.<\/p>\n

    Cette coop\u00e9ration, en phase avec la strat\u00e9gie \u00e0 moyen terme de l\u2019UNESCO, vise \u00e0 garantir un enseignement inclusif et de qualit\u00e9, tout en favorisant les \u00e9changes interculturels et interdisciplinaires entre les institutions partenaires. De plus, elle permet de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de produire et de diffuser de nouvelles connaissances sur la RSO, notamment dans les contextes africains et europ\u00e9ens.<\/p>\n

    Vers une transformation durable des organisations<\/h3>\n

    En scellant un partenariat dans le cadre de la Chaire UNESCO sur l\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur pour un d\u00e9veloppement durable en Afrique, la Graduate School Sustainability, Organisations and Institutions<\/em> et l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de la Manouba, uniront leurs forces, et mettront en place une collaboration de long terme pour encourager une transformation durable des organisations, tant en Afrique qu\u2019en Europe. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette alliance strat\u00e9gique, les deux institutions esp\u00e8rent renforcer l\u2019appropriation des principes de responsabilit\u00e9 soci\u00e9tale dans l\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur et dans le monde professionnel, tout en r\u00e9pondant aux d\u00e9fis globaux du 21e<\/sup> si\u00e8cle.<\/p>\n
