Les maladies g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques \u00e0 l\u2019origine de troubles du neurod\u00e9veloppement et de manifestations psychiatriques (d\u00e9pression, anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, psychoses, bipolarit\u00e9) sont individuellement rares mais collectivement fr\u00e9quentes. La coexistence fr\u00e9quente de troubles neurologiques, endocriniens ou m\u00e9taboliques, associ\u00e9e \u00e0 une clinique psychiatrique souvent atypique, complique consid\u00e9rablement leur prise en charge et n\u00e9cessite une approche int\u00e9grative croisant entre autres g\u00e9n\u00e9tique, psychologie, pharmacologie, clinique transdisciplinaire, et recherche translationnelle.<\/p>\n
