Nominated for the Lux Prize
A film… shortlisted for the Lux Prize!
Created in 2007, the Lux Prize aims to highlight European films whose stories highlight the values and debates at the heart of the European Union. At the beginning of each year, the European Parliament, in collaboration with the European Film Academy, selects five films to compete for the Lux Prize, which will be awarded next April.
The Circle U. European Alliance invites you to discuss Flow, one of this year’s shortlisted films.
Directed by Gints Zilbalodis, this French-Belgian animated feature film, which has already been hailed by the critics, tells the story of a cat who finds himself faced with rising waters in a world without humans. He must find refuge on a boat with other animals and adapt to a changing nature… A true adaptation of Noah’s Ark!
