Joining Université Paris Cité this year? Among the essential steps to take before the start of the academic year, finding accommodation is often the one that requires the most advance planning. To help you approach this stage with confidence, the university invites you on Tuesday 7 July to a day of information and direct contact with key players in the sector.
Whether you are new to the city, in a period of transition, or simply looking for accommodation that suits your needs, the Paris housing market is challenging for everyone. Rather than multiplying your efforts on your own, UPCité’s Appart’Dating brings together, in a single day, all the people you may need to speak to: landlords, support organisations and advisers.
Whether you are arriving from abroad, from another region, or from elsewhere in the Île-de-France area, and whatever your level of study — Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD, or returning to study — you will leave with concrete contacts, a clear view of the options available, and perhaps even an application already submitted.
On the programme:
- Housing leads and opportunities in Paris and the Île-de-France region.
- Direct discussions with our partners, including CROUS de Paris and private and social student residences, with the final list still to come.
- Advice tailored to your situation, including your first move, search criteria and budget.
- All the practical information you need to get your student life in Paris off to a good start.
Your parents are very welcome too! It is also an opportunity for them to meet trusted contacts and leave feeling reassured about your future move
Free entry (registration upon arrival to access the stands)
If you’ve already started putting together your application (identity documents, proof of enrolment, guarantor, etc.), please remember to bring it with you!
